In mid September A, C and HQ Squadron deployed to Estonia for six months on Op CABRIT 11. The KRH Battlegroup will not only play our part in defending Europe’s eastern flank but also demonstrate NATO’s armoured  fighting capability. The Ukrainian conflict has provided countless case studies of the nature of modern armoured warfare, most notably the success of combined arms manoeuvre and the strength of cohesion. Therefore, we are delighted to forge new partnerships as well as work again with old friends. Over the past two years the Battlegroup has been preparing for this deployment and it is fantastic to finally see all our work come into fruition. This is an extraordinary time to be serving our country and we cannot wait to play our part in history!
